Street libraries are our new constructions for urban environment. These are modern cultural recreation areas, where residents and guests of the city can borrow and read books for free. They will promote the culture of reading classical and modern literature in the Russian cities. Street libraries are a relevant and sought-for initiative. The mobile libraries are extremely popular in Europe, where they attract a lot of visitors.

The goal of street libraries is to be installed throughout the city, so that anyone could borrow a book at any time they like. Such libraries are quite easy to use: you only need to choose a book and read it wherever you want, no matter how long it takes you. The thing is you need to put the book back having read it, and handle the book carefully. Besides, you can also share your favourite interesting books with others in a manner of book crossing.
